1. Products and pricing
- All products are sea buckthorn based wellness products (juices, capsules, oils and related items).
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to display accurate prices and product information. In the rare event of an error, we will contact you before processing your order.
2. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification. You will receive an Order ID (e.g. WW-20260929-XXXX) for tracking.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded in full.
3. Payments
- Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards and netbanking.
- We never store your card or bank details on our servers.
4. Shipping and delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery across India typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates; delays by the courier partner are beyond our control but we will help you track your shipment.
5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Product use
- Our products are natural wellness and nutritional products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Please read the label and usage instructions before consumption. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment, consult your doctor before use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
